Are there any particular worlds in books where you’d like to live? One of my favorite books is "Gone With The Wind". I would have loved to live back in that time...beautiful clothes, grand homes and men with manners. I also like places such as those found in "The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe", or "Harry Potter".
Or where you certainly would NOT want to live? I would not like to live in a Star Trek kind of world. I don't really get into all of that.
What about authors? If you were a character, who would you trust to write your life? I would trust many authors...Stephen King, Dan Brown, Dean Koontz and more.

I could never live in the world of GWTW...those huge, hot dresses in the middle of a southern summer? I live in Virginia, and there's just no way I could do that without air conditioning...and all those social restrictions and perfect manners? Uh-uh...not for me.
ReplyDeleteOh, wow, Stephen King and Dean Koontz? They're top of my list of who I wouldn't want writing my story. As much as I love Odd Thomas, I wouldn't want to be living his life for anything.
