Manic Monday: http://manicmondaymeme.blogspot.com/

Who is the black sheep in your family/group? I think I am the black sheep of my family. Because I am the one that did everything backwards. I got pregnant in my final year of High School (BUT I did graduate), had the baby, then got married, had another baby, THEN went to college. I should have started with college, then my career, then marriage and babies.

If you were a character from a book, what character would you be?
If I were a character from a book I would be Scarlet O'Hara from "Gone With The Wind". I love the dresses the women wore back then and I would have loved being Southern. The houses were amazing and people actually had manners, morals and values.

What's your favorite accent?
My favorite accent is the Southern drawl. I also like hearing folks from Canada talk. I always sound silly with my Missouri accent.

  1. Missouri would qualify as southern to this yankee :-)

  2. I wonder if we all feel like we are the black sheep? I love the southern drawl as well.

  3. Yup. We're all black sheep. Must be a blogger condition! :-)

I'm technically a Canadian, but I was in San Diego, CA last week and every time I opened my mouth to say a word in Spanish, the other guy would say "You're from Argentina, right?"

That after just two or three words! :-)

My post today. Happy manic Monday!

  4. I suppose the black sheep of our family is my 2nd cousin Reed, He was found guilty in dealing crack.
He was sentenced to only 6 wks house arrest. Thats what I call a terrific lawyer. HONEST. Reed a dr.
I think my fave accent is Brooklyn
There instead of a road sign saying curve, there its coive. lol
    Happy manic monday.
re: Southern drawl. I think its hilarious Southern Jews. Hey you all, Molly Sue. You'all goin' to the Heydassah or ain't ya? People are people no matter what they are.

  5. Gabriel...How did you like CA? I have not been there but would love to go.

    Lynda...Lawyers are good? hehe

    Thank you both for commenting!

  6. Hey! We Canadians don't have accents! Ha!

  7. LOL As a silly Missourian I think Canada folks have an accent :) Thanks for commenting Teena!
