Today the weather in my part of Wisconsin started out quite rainy. The drive to work was not so fun as I hydroplaned due to all the water on the roads. I came home early from work (due to the Government shut down), and found the lot between my house and the neighbor's house full of water.
Hopefully the water freezes before it drains into my basement.
The snow was just starting when I took the photo above and the following photo.
The snowflakes were big and fluffy looking as they fell from the sky.
In the following two photos you can see how "slushy" everything looks. It is very beautiful.
All this is going to really freeze overnight and tomorrow is going to be a big icy mess.
YUCK!
Oh my! Lot's of people here have flooding issues due to the amount of rainfall we get constantly. I hope it doesn't cause you any issues.
