Spring Time In Wisconsin Means Yelling at Snow

Spring time in Wisconsin!!! Road construction in front of my house and snow.
Shelby really wants to go outside and yell at the snow and the road construction crew.
I didn't let her outside to yell at the snow and the road construction crew.
So, she decided to yell from inside the house!
