I set up a GoFundMe account for my son as he is battling Leukemia.
February 8, 2016 - Colt was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia...he is 23 years old. Colt was given seven days of chemotherapy. Then on day 14, the doctors performed a bone marrow biopsy to see if the chemo worked.
February 26, 2016 - The biopsy results came back today. Colt's cancer is very aggressive and resistant. The chemo didn't do its job. So, the next step is more chemo to bridge Colt over until a bone marrow transplant can be done.
The money donated will be used for medical bills, medication, clothing, and personal items for Colt. The money will also be used for travel expenses and we will help family members get tested to see if they are bone marrow match to Colt.
