Friday 5: Metaphors Be With You

Friday 5: Metaphors Be With You
Hosted by Friday5.org

1. When you go to the beach, lake, or pool, are you more likely to lower yourself gradually into cold water or to take a determined plunge and get it over with? I prefer to jump in and get it over with...then relax and enjoy it.

2. How is this like (or unlike) your approach to other tasks or ordeals?
I usually put things in order of priority and work on them. I tend to procrastinate at times and drag things out until the last possible minute.

3. When someone gives you flowers, are you more likely to let them turn completely brown and gross before throwing them out, or to discard them the moment they take on that sick-flower look?
I keep the flowers until they are brown and disgusting and the water smells.

4. How is this like (or unlike) your approach to other gifts, purchases, or relationships?
I will keep things forever if I am able. As far as purchases, if I don't make the purchase on impulse then that item wont get purchased. I am not good at buying things for myself.

5. Think of your favorite movie (or a movie you really like, if you can’t think of a favorite). Some people say that the reasons you love your favorite movie are related to what you value in romantic relationships. How is this true or untrue in your case?
My favorite movie is "Gone With The Wind", I am not sure if that really relates to my romantic relationship but who knows.

  1. I should have also mentioned the smelly water. God, how gross it gets sometimes.

  2. Onangelwings...It gets to be very disgusting! Thanks for visiting.
