~Fruity Drinks~

Strawberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 ice cubes
1 c. milk
1/3 c. cottage cheese
2/3 c. frozen strawberries
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. milk
1/3 c. cottage cheese
2/3 c. frozen strawberries
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
Pour all of the ingredients into the blender. Put the lid on the blender and blend for 45 to 60 seconds until smooth. Pour your smoothie into a glass and enjoy.
I don't think I've ever tried a smoothie with cottage cheese. I'll have to try that. I like the idea.

I'm a little late-but better late than never-lol! I absolutely love strawberries! I'm not a big fan of cottage cheese-unless it is mixed with other good stuff-like strawberries. It's weird-I love cheese in almost any form too. Thanks for sharing each and every week! You Rock! Southern Fruit Tea at my place!
