I have never gone to see a movie just for the music...not sure that I would do that.
Movies that I like that I feel are music related are:
The Lion King, Greece
The Sound of Music
The Nightmare Before Christmas
Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory
Dirty Dancing
Music related TV Shows that I have watched or currently watch:
American Idol
The Grammy Awards
MTV
CMT

Wow! How could I have forgotten Grease! I saw it on Broadway first and then the movie came out! I loved it! :) Good list!
