Hello, and welcome to this week’s Friday 5! Please copy these questions to your online journal. Answer the questions there, then leave a comment below so we can all check out your responses! Please don’t forget to link us from your website!

1. What’s something you love and is quite bad for you?
2. What’s something you hate and is quite good for you?
3. What’s something that’s about equally good and bad for you?
4. What’s something you’ve been told is bad for you but you suspect is not as bad as people say?
5. What’s something most people consider ugly but you consider beautiful?

One thing that I love that I sure is quite bad for me is Pepsi. I drink a lot of Pepsi, even though I am very overweight. Yes, I have tried to quit but my willpower is very weak.

I hate to exercise even though I know it is good for me. Basically I am just too lazy to take the time to exercise. There are a million other things I would rather be doing.

Relationships can be equally good and bad for anyone. There are ups and downs in every relationship. How you handle those ups and downs will determine if good and bad of the relationship. Some people will tell you that certain relationships are bad for you, and will even give you a variety of reasons as to why those relationships are bad. But in the end, through personal experience you find that the relationship was well worth it.

I consider many things to be beautiful that other people consider to be ugly. Everyone has different opinions, which is why there is such a variety of everything in this world.

  1. My excuse is that exercise can be hazardous to your health. All that extra breathing means you're sucking in more pollution. ;)

  2. Good point Talisman! Pollution is bad.

  3. I don't mind exercise so much when I actually do it. Finding the time and opportunity is hard for me though. Or maybe that's just an excuse.

  4. It is hard to find time to exercise. My main excuse for not exercising is that I am lazy :)
