Sunday Stealing: How Far Will You Go?

Welcome to this week's Sunday Stealing, which was stolen from "How Far Will You Go?".

1. What's the best thing to inherit other than money?

Family photos.

2. What one thing would you most like to happen tomorrow?

I would love to have the day off.  I would stay in bed all day! LOL

3. Who is the person with whom you've been most infatuated?

Other than my husband, no one. Man, I really do miss him :(

4. In what part of the day does time go slowest and fastest?

Slowest in the afternoon and fastest in the morning.

5. Whose thoughts would you most like to read?

My dog's thoughts.
6. Who is the person you'd least like to touch?

I get squeamish about touching nearly anyone.  But the person I would least like to touch is any famous person.

7. What is the best quality you inherited from your parents?

A good work ethic.

8. Who is the friend you most often disagree with?

No one that I can think of.

9. What's the best ritual of your daily life?

Getting ready for bed each night: I take the dog outside to potty, then I use the bathroom, then wash my face. On the way to bed, I grab the dog and I both a snack and we snuggle together on the bed to eat the snack before going to sleep.

10. What is the most useful job you've ever had?

My current job.

11. In which year of your life did you change the most?

2016 - The year my son died.

12. What's the best thing you've ever gotten for free?

A beautiful china buffet from my mother-in-law.

13, What is the thing you are best at?

Crafts - specifically plastic canvas projects.

14. What was the luckiest moment in your life?

The day I met my husband. We had our ups and downs in life but I would not trade it for anything.  My love for him did not die the day he died....and it never will.
15. What is the single most important thing you have ever learned?

The single most important thing I have ever learned is that I cannot control how others look at me. I cannot control how they interrupt my words and I cannot force them to like me.

  1. We"ve inherited family photos. From my grandfather, my father, my mother, Walt's mother, and a few other people. I am drowning in family photos!

  2. I, too, inherited a good work ethic from my parents. I'm so sorry that you lost both your husband and a child. Your answer to #15 is so true.
