1. Going insane happened a long time ago.
2. Working means I get a pay check, and having a pay check means I can pay my bills.
3. Feeling horrible makes me a grumpy person. So, I put on my "public face" and try to not let people know I am hurting.
4. Having a bad day? Give your dog (or other pet) a big hug. If you don't have a pet, look up some cute animal pictures online that will make you go "awwwww how cute"!
