Borrowed Meme From Mimi

Mimi from "Mimi Writes" had this fun meme posted on her blog, so I decided to "appropriate" it. There were a few questions missing so I renumbered it.

1. When you're home alone, do you still close the door when you use the restroom? No, I dont like closing the door. I am a little claustrophobic.

2. If you have to go grocery shopping, would you rather go alone or with someone? I take my son along so he can carry all the heavy stuff and load/unload the car.

3. It's your best friends birthday, do you buy them a gift even though they didn't buy you one for yours? Probably not. I will just send her a card.

4. You win the lottery. Lump sum or small payments over a period of time? I prefer a lump sum. I want to be able to enjoy my money while I can.

5. Do you like your music loud or at a reasonable level? Now that I am older I prefer my music to be at a reasonable level. But there are some days I go crazy and play it loud.

6. Are you a beach person or a snowy mountain person? A snowy mountain person...more peaceful. Plus I dont have to deal with all the beautiful people on the beach and be envious.

7. When do you brush your teeth? Before I go to bed at night.

8.Can you watch scary movies alone? Yes

9. Soft bed or firm? Somewhere in between. Too firm gives me a headache and too soft hurts my back.

10. Would you rather stay home all day or be out and about? I would rather stay home all day. Crowds and people get on my nerves.

11. What's one of your worst memories? My mother and brother's car accident on April 3, 1991. Mom was killed instantly. Brian lived but still has health issues related to the accident.

12. Do you like to keep the peace or be confrontational? I would rather keep the peace. Confrontations upset me and affect me deeply.

13. Are you more likely to be with a large group of people of a few close friends? I am more likely to be with a few close friends. The whole large group thing is annoying.

14. What are your plans for January? I hope to be moving to Wisconsin.

15. If money were not a problem, where would you like to live? I would live in Wisconsin but have a house here in Missouri also.

16. What is your ideal profession? Computer Programmer

17. Are you close to your Mom and Dad? My parents are both deceased. We were not super close when they were alive but we got along ok.

18. What is one fear that you can't seem to overcome? Dying...thoughts of death (mine and others) causes panic attacks.

19. Are you good at math? Yes

20. Is there anyone that you regret ever meeting? Yes, but they are no longer in my life.

21. Rate your life on a scale from 1-10. I give it a 7. There is always room for improvement.

22. Would you rather have roommates or live alone? I would rather live alone unless the roommates are my children, Steve or my brother.

23. Do you like any of your friends a little more than just a friend? Ewww, no way!

24. Do you like to drive? Sometimes

25. If you found out that you were going to be a parent, what would you do? I am a parent and I have two awesome children. If I found out I was going to have another child I would sue the doctor, because I cannot have any more children.

26. Do you give money to homeless people when they ask? Sometimes

27. A weekend in Las Vegas or Miami ? Both, but if I have to choose I pick Las Vegas.

28. When you go to the store, do you have a list or just buy random things? Most of the time I have a list but I do like to go and just buy random things. It is therapeutic.

29. What do you wear to sleep in? Sleep pants and a tee shirt.

30. You have 3 months left to live, what do you do? Spend extra time with the ones I love.

31. You're having a bad day, what one thing can make your day better? A nice long nap.

32. Tanning bed? I have not used one in years but I like to use them. It helps to clear up my skin.

33. Is there anything you would change about your body if you could? I would have my remaining teeth pulled and get dentures. Plus, I would have a hysterectomy so I was not in so much pain.

34. You wake up in an unfamiliar place, what is your first reaction? "get the f**k out of here"!

35. Is there anything that you should be doing right now? Working on budget reports.

36. If there was a way to know when and how you're going to die, would you want that information? No, because I would try to prevent it and screw up the flow of life.

37. What is your favorite breakfast food? Biscuits and Gravy

38. Your phone rings at 4am, who do you expect it to be? Someone in my family or Steve's family. Any calls between 9:00pm and 8:00am better be an emergency or very very important.
